Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? An adult aged 20-39 who has been diagnosed with cancer and received medical treatment for academic and return to work or concomitant purposes; ? a person who is diagnosed with a mental disorder and is not taking psychotropic drugs for treatment purposes; ? a person who has completed active therapy (surgery and chemotherapy) or is recovering ? a person who understands the purpose of the study and can participate in the study (cognitive ability and smartphone use, etc.) voluntarily agrees.
