Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults aged 20-29 years and healthy elderly individuals aged =70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal BMI History of physician-diagnosed cardiovascular disease (excluding controlled hypertension), diabetes, autoimmune disease, respiratory disease, kidney disease, blood-borne infections, endocrine disorders, or gastrointestinal disorders History of physician-diagnosed neurodegenerative diseases (dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease) or psychiatric disorders (depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) Cognitive impairment indicated by K-MMSE score 1 beer or >2 shots of soju per occasion, =5 days/week) Current smoking or recent smoking cessation (<6 months)
