Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Individuals aged 60 years or older and under 99 b) Individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by a physician c) Individuals who have had a diagnosis of diabetes for at least one year d) Individuals who can read independently or listen to and understand content read by a researcher, and who are capable of providing legally valid consent to participate in the study with a score of 20 or higher on the Korean-Mini Mental State Examination 2nd Edition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Individuals diagnosed with type 1 diabetes b) Individuals diagnosed with dementia c) Individuals who score 19 or below on the Korean Mini-Mental State Examination, 2nd Edition (K-MMSE2) d) Individuals who are unable to wear or use wearable devices.
