Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study subjects were 1) those diagnosed with ACL injury, 2) those scheduled for ACL reconstruction surgery, 3) adult males aged 20-40 years, 4) those who could participate in a rehabilitation exercise program, and 5) those who agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for study subjects were 1) those scheduled to undergo concomitant surgery for meniscus repair and 2) those scheduled to undergo concomitant surgery for articular cartilage regeneration.
