Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 90 years with a diagnosis of pharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. 2. Patients with ECOG performance status 0-2 and an expected survival of =6 months. 3. Patients who have not received chemotherapy or radiotherapy for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients confirmed to be pregnant or breastfeeding. 2. Patients enrolled in other clinical studies or trials. 3. Patients deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator for other reasons.
