Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those with a confirmed Q-angle increase (=15° for men, =20° for women) 2) Those who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily consented 3) Those who have not had any musculoskeletal abnormalities in the lower extremities or lumbar region in the past 6 months, have no concomitant diseases that limit research activities, and are able to participate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with a history of lower extremity musculoskeletal surgery 2) Those with current knee pain or pain during physical activity 3) Those with sensory/motor paralysis due to neurological damage
