Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults with neck pain (VAS = 4 cm or NDI 5–14 points (mild)) 2) Those who can voluntarily participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with a history of neck/shoulder surgery within the past 6 months 2) Those with rheumatic disease, neurological disease, or chronic pain lasting more than 3 months 3) Those who are unclear about their willingness to participate in the study or who have refused consent
