Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult men and women aged 20-35 Those who can voluntarily consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with a history of lower extremity injury within the past six months Those with a history of knee, hip, or ankle surgery Those with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant Those taking medications that may affect participation in the study Those with a mental disability who lack the capacity to consent
