Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 46 years or older Men and women capable of performing functional exercise assessments Individuals diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis by X-ray

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who had undergone knee-related orthopedic surgery within the past three months Individuals with metabolic bone disease Individuals with severe systemic disease Individuals with rheumatoid arthritis
