Others : The intervention of this study is a virtual patient–based health assessment simulation program for nursing students.
Participants will engage in 12 weekly sessions, each lasting 2 hours.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Second-year students enrolled in the Department of Nursing at the Korea National University of Transportation Stuents registered for the “Health Assessment” course during the second semester of 2025 Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate after receiving a full explanation of the study’s purpose and procedures Participants who are able to complete all sessions of the virtual patient–based health assessment simulation program faithfully
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have difficulty in communication Those who do not wish to participate or do not provide voluntary consent for participation Participants who express psychological distress or discomfort during the program and wish to withdraw Since the study involves healthy nursing students, no exclusion criteria related to medical or clinical conditions are applied.
