Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who agreed to participate in this study and signed a written consent form 2) Adult aged 19 to under 70 years old 3) Those with fasting blood glucose levels of 110 mg/dL to under 140 mg/dL and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) levels less than 6.5%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are taking diabetes medications or have typical symptoms of hyperglycemia, such as polydipsia, polyuria, and unexplained weight loss. 2) Those who continuously consumed medicines, health functional foods, and oriental medicine that affect blood glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, and body fat metabolism within a month of the first visit. 3) Those with diseases: heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, kidney dysfunction, etc 4) Those who have taken antibiotics continuously within a week of the first visit 5) Those with BMI of less than 18.5 kg/m2 or more than 35 kg/m2
