Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults (aged 19 or older)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are not cooperative or unable to communicate during treatment or procedures - Patients who require active intervention (vasopressors, intubation, mechanical ventilation, oxygen administration) to control vital signs - Patients who received thrombolytic therapy or intra-arterial thrombectomy - Patients who experienced seizures during cerebral infarction - Patients with a history of stroke - Pregnant women - NIHSS score > 22 - Patients with uncontrolled underlying diseases that may affect treatment (chronic renal failure, chronic liver disease (cirrhosis, hepatitis), cancer (during chemotherapy or radiation therapy), peripheral vascular occlusion (Buerger's disease), cardiovascular disease - Contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy: severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, untreated pneumothorax, unidentified medical device attachment, epilepsy, taking certain medications (e.g., chemotherapy drugs such as doxorubicin or bleomycin), uncontrolled fever, cold or sinus infection, claustrophobia, intestinal obstruction, sickle cell disease, and other conditions identified by the investigators Evidence of cardiac arrhythmia that warrants emergency intervention
