Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research participants were selected as current high school students with at least five years of soccer playing experience, no history of leg injury within the past three months, currently not receiving individual training from a center or specialist, and no experience with the FIFA 11+ program within the past four years. Approximately 60 high school participants aged 15 to 18 who are active soccer players will participate in this study. Detailed information regarding the research procedures and the reliability of the assessment methods used with participants will be provided, and written consent will be obtained from all participants. Participation in this study is voluntary, and all participants will be fully informed about the research content before proceeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study are as follows: Individuals with acute disc herniation, those who have undergone orthopedic surgery related to the lumbar spine within the past six months, those with fractures or structural abnormalities in the musculoskeletal system such as nerves or muscles, those with vestibular dysfunction, those with visual or hearing impairments, those with heart disease, and those who are not currently high school students were excluded from the study.
