Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Adults aged 18 years or older ?Individuals with a diagnosis of mood disorder or depressive disorder ?Individuals who are capable of comprehending the content of the questionnaires and of engaging in communication during the intervention ?Individuals who fully understand the objectives of the study and who voluntarily provide informed consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Individuals who are participating in another psychological intervention program during the study period ?Individuals who have initiated or altered psychiatric medication within the past four weeks ?Individuals with a history of manic episodes or a diagnosis of substance use disorder ?Individuals scoring below 5 on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9)
