Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with no previous diagnosis of musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiovascular, or respiratory diseases at the time of participation and currently in good health Exercise experience: at least one month of resistance training performed once or more per week Individuals who had discontinued resistance training for at least six months prior to participation No history of professional-level resistance training (e.g., competition preparation or athlete-level training) Individuals who fully understood the purpose and procedures of the study, voluntarily agreed to participate, and were able to regularly attend the training program for six weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who had engaged in regular resistance training within the past six months Individuals with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or neurological disorders that could affect exercise performance Individuals who were unable to participate in the regular exercise program during the study period Individuals who were unable to comply with study procedures or did not provide written informed consent
