Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have not engaged in regular exercise for the past three months 2. Adults who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with neurosurgical problems within the past six months 2. Individuals with orthopedic problems within the past six months 3. Individuals with congenital disorders 4. Individuals who are unable to perform the movements required in the study
