Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult men and women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disorders, infectious diseases, diabetes, chronic pain disorders, neurological conditions, psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression), gynecological diseases, or any other serious medical conditions that may affect the study outcomes. (For female participants) Those not menstruating at the time of participation due to menopause, hysterectomy, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. (For female participants) Those using intrauterine contraceptive devices. Individuals taking medications that may affect the study, such as oral contraceptives, steroids, anticoagulants, or analgesics. Individuals with severely impaired cognitive function who are unable to give informed consent or cooperate with the study. Individuals with skin conditions or sensory abnormalities at the measurement sites (forehead, fingers, soles, wrists, chest). Students, researchers, or trainees affiliated with the research lab, including those enrolled in classes taught by the principal investigator or researchers.
