Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients at the National Dental Care Center for persons with special needs who underwent general anesthesia two or more times with different types of anesthetic agents (propofol-based total intravenous anesthesia and remimazolam-based total intravenous anesthesia)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age, or cases in which anesthesia records are incomplete or improperly stored, resulting in insufficient data such as blood pressure and PSI values
