Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents who experience mild or greater levels of depression on the Korean Mental Health Screening Tool for Depression (MHS:D), or who experience mild or greater levels of social anxiety on the Korean version of the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale and Social Phobia Scale–Adolescent Short Form (SIAPS-12-A), will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will be determined based on clinician ratings using the K-SADS-PL interview. Adolescents will be excluded if they: 1) have been hospitalized in a psychiatry or neurology department within the past two months, 2) have a current or past history of neurological disorders, 3) show intellectual abilities that are deemed insufficient for basic communication required to participate in the program, 4) have a history of suicide attempts within the past six months, or 5) present with other serious medical or psychiatric conditions that make participation difficult (e.g., psychotic symptoms, manic episodes).
