Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received cervical manipulation and isometric neck exercises at ?? Clinic in Seoul within the study period 2.Adults aged between 20 and 60 years 3.Patients with a cervical lordotic angle (C1–C7 Cobb’s angle) of less than 35°, verified by lateral cervical radiography 4.Patients for whom complete lateral cervical, lumbar, and sacral radiographic data were available pre- and post-intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of trauma, fracture, or surgery in the cervical spine region 2.Conditions including spinal tumors, infectious diseases, ankylosing spondylitis, congenital spinal deformities, or severe degenerative changes hindering radiographic angle measurements 3.Poor quality of radiographic imaging, hindering accurate measurement 4.Incomplete radiographic data (cervical, lumbar, sacral) either pre- or post-intervention 5.History of similar spinal treatment at other medical institutions.
