Behavioral : A randomized controlled pre–post pilot mixed-methods study (quantitative + qualitative). The intervention group receives mixed reality (MR)–based Korean Advanced Life Support (KALS) train

A Korean Advanced Life Support-certified assessor, blinded to group allocation, will rate pass/fail on a 17-item checklist developed from the 2020 ACLS algorithm: Interpret ventricular fibrillation (VF), Instruct defibrillation for VF, Instruct insertion of a supraglottic airway (i-gel), Instruct administration of epinephrine, Reassess rhythm after 5 cycles of CPR, Interpret ventricular tachycardia (VT), Instruct a pulse check for suspected VT, Instruct administration of amiodarone, Reassess rhythm after 5 cycles of CPR, Interpret asystole, Instruct chest compressions after asystole, Reassess rhythm after 5 cycles of CPR, Check QRS rhythm, Instruct a pulse check to confirm PEA, Reassess rhythm after 5 cycles of CPR, Check QRS rhythm, Instruct a pulse check to confirm ROSC.
