Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A person who has agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily agreed to the written consent Adolescents aged 13 to 19 living in S city (ages 12 to 18) Adolescents who have not performed any special exercise and have no experience in jiu-jitsu exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons aged 13 to 19 (ages 12 to 18) who are not eligible for adolescence A person who has a clinical condition (e.g., cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, musculoskeletal disease, etc.) that is difficult to perform the jiu-jitsu exercise program A person who has participated in a regular exercise program within six months Other researchers deemed unfit to participate in this study A person who has not obtained the consent of his/her legal representative (parent)
