Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with non-specific chronic shoulder pain lasting more than three months (2) Individuals without cognitive impairment who can follow the therapist’s instructions smoothly (3) Individuals who have not undergone shoulder surgery within the past six months (4) Individuals without severe orthopedic conditions (5) Individuals without physical defects that could affect the study outcomes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals without shoulder pain (2) Individuals with cognitive impairment who cannot smoothly follow the therapist’s instructions (3) Individuals who have undergone shoulder surgery within the past six months (4) Individuals with severe orthopedic conditions (5) Individuals with physical defects that could affect the study outcomes
