Others(manual therapy technique (myofascial release technique)) : Prior to the start of the study, the general characteristics of the participants were assessed. After the interventions were applied a

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals diagnosed with chronic stroke for more than 6 months and capable of spontaneous breathing 2) Clinically stable individuals with no acute exacerbation in the past 6 weeks 3) Individuals with sufficient cognitive ability to understand simple instructions (MMSE-K score = 24)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with a history of respiratory or cardiac diseases, in addition to respiratory restrictions caused by stroke 2) Individuals who have undergone thoracic or lumbar surgery within the past year 3) Individuals currently taking analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs, or respiratory-related medications
