Interventions

Behavioral : This study applies a one-week cross-over design to compare the effects of morning versus evening exercise in obese men. Both intervention arms perform moderate-intensity aerobic exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult men with a body mass index(BMI) = 25 kg/m²; body weight change within 10% over the past 4 months; classified as level 1 (inactive) according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ); and those who understand the study purpose and procedures and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have experienced significant body weight changes (=10%) within the past 4 months; those with walking limitations or a history of orthopedic surgery; those with a history of cardiovascular surgery; those currently receiving insulin therapy; those who consistently skip breakfast; and those who have participated in regular exercise (=2 times per week) within the past 4 months.
