Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 19 years or older. Patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia lasting 2 hours or more, with planned intraoperative arterial blood gas (ABGA) analysis. Patients who understand the study purpose and procedures and provide informed consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with peripheral vascular disease (e.g., severe peripheral arterial disease) that would interfere with pulse oximetry measurements. Patients with severe edema, infection, wounds, or skin lesions on the fingers. Patients in whom SpHb measurement is expected to fail due to intraoperative low perfusion (e.g., shock states). Patients in whom finger access is not possible during surgery (e.g., due to positioning).
