Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Aged 65 years or older - Individuals with visual or hearing impairment (low vision with a best-corrected visual acuity between 0.1 and 0.6, or hearing loss with a threshold between 21 dB and 55 dB) - Able to walk indoors - Able to complete questionnaires - Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or communication difficulties. - Individuals unable to walk due to serious musculoskeletal or neurological diseases. - Individuals with any other medical reason judged to make study participation difficult.
