Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 60 years or older with a diagnosis of sarcopenia 2. Participants able to provide informed voluntary consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals unable to undergo CT scanning (e.g., claustrophobia, potential pregnancy) 2. History of recent repeated CT examinations 3, Individuals with cognitive impairment who are unable to follow instructions
