Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participation is at the partnership-unit level: a dyad consisting of a health teacher + at least one of (parent or child). If both the parent and the child participate, the unit is registered as a teacher–parent–child triad. - Health teacher: Health teacher: Employed at an elementary or middle school; currently responsible for the school-based care of a student diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; able to use the app/web during the 3-month study; and willing to provide informed consent. - Parent (optional): The student’s parent or legal guardian who provides informed consent. (If the student participates without the parent as an enrolled participant, parental permission is still required, but the parent need not be enrolled.) - Student (optional): Elementary or middle school student diagnosed with T1D, with parental permission and willingness to use the student app. - Common: Owns a smartphone and has internet access.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Participation in another interventional study of school-based T1D care within the past 3 months (prior to enrollment). - Lack of smartphone or internet access, precluding use of the app/web. - Communication limitations precluding electronic informed consent or completion of online surveys.
