Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals identified via a prescreening questionnaire as having experienced childhood food insecurity. 2. Individuals who are familiar with digital tools (e.g., smartphone use) and can complete the online survey and app-based dietary recording. 3. Individuals who consent to respond to questionnaires that include items on food insecurity experience and socioeconomic circumstances in both childhood and adulthood.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a diagnosed history of eating disorders (e.g., anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa) or other psychiatric disorders. 2. Individuals who are currently taking, or have taken within the past 3 months, medications that may affect eating behavior or appetite. 3. Individuals who have difficulty understanding the study information or are unable to provide voluntary informed consent. 4. Individuals who have difficulty performing core study activities (e.g., completing questionnaires, recording diet). 5. Any other individuals deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator.
