Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - adult patients over the age of 18 - Patients who have been diagnosed with arrhythmia or disease, which is an indication of CIED (cardiac implantable electronic device) transplantation, and are scheduled to be transplanted by a cardiologist - A person who has cognitive functions during face-to-face education and has no difficulty in communicating - A person who understands the purpose of the study and intends to participate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A person who has already implanted a CIED (heart implantable electronic device) - A person who has a history of mental illness such as dementia, panic disorder, depression, etc - a person with irreversible severe disease such as terminal cancer - A person who is unable to complete a self-report questionnaire on his/her own due to physical or mental reasons - A person diagnosed with acute illness other than heart disease within six months
