Others(Educational program (character strengths interventions and emotion-focused program)) : This study compared four conditions among fifth- and sixth-grade elementary students. (1) Signature streng
(2) Growth strengths group: identifying and developing less-used strengths
(3) Combined group: integrating both signature and growth strengths activities
(4) Active control group: creating an “emotion dictionary” and observing emotions. Each program included one 80-minute classroom session and seven days of structured daily practice.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fifth- and sixth-grade elementary school students enrolled in schools in metropolitan areas Students whose parents or legal guardians provided written informed consent Students who personally assented to participate in the study Students able to take part in classroom activities and complete brief questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students without written parental (legal guardian) consent or personal assent Students who failed attention-check items during assessments (e.g., inconsistent or patterned responses) Students who withdrew from the study or provided incomplete data that could not be analyzed
