Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study will adopt a cluster sampling method, in which each team is defined as a single cluster. Inclusion criteria will consist of male elite middle school baseball players registered with the Korea Baseball Softball Association.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with musculoskeletal injuries within the past six months or those with any limitations to physical activity will be excluded from the study.
