Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 and above Individuals with degenerative brain disorders Those who are able to walk with the use of a cane, walker, or similar assistive device Mini-Mental State Examination score of 24 or above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe motor impairments or significant on-off phenomena Those planning to adjust medication during the study Individuals with sensory deficits in the lower limbs Those with vestibular disorders or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo Pregnant women
