Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Older adult patients awaiting discharge from a tertiary hospital (either a general adult ward or an comprehensive nursing care service ward) - Individuals who have read the information sheet for this study and voluntarily agreed to participate - Individuals with sufficient cognitive function to understand the information sheet and make an autonomous decision regarding their participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with difficulty in independent ambulation - Individuals who will be transferred to another hospital or facility after discharge rather than returning home - Individuals who have received fall-prevention education related to the home environment within the past year - Individuals with visual or hearing impairments that hinder device use or communication - Individuals with medical conditions associated with dizziness - Individuals who are particularly susceptible to motion sickness
