Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Aged 19 years or older - Adult cancer survivors who have completed active treatment following a cancer diagnosis - Voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical study and signed the written informed consent form - Scored 4 or higher on the Distress Thermometer (a screening tool for distress measurement)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Refuse to provide consent - Unable to participate in the study due to severe physical or psychological symptoms - Have audiovisual impairments or cognitive dysfunctions that limit communication - Scored below 4 on the Distress THermometer (a screening tool for distress measurement)
