Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 19 years or older - Residents of Mapo-gu, Seoul (Sangam-dong, Mangwon 1-dong, Mangwon 2-dong) - Capable of independent walking - Smartphone ownership and mobile application usage capability - Willingness to participate in 12-week walking intervention program - Consent to sign informed consent form - Korean language communication ability - Consent to randomization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Non-residents of designated areas in Mapo-gu, Seoul (Sangam-dong, Mangwon 1-dong, Mangwon 2-dong) - Individuals with walking disabilities or mobility limitations - Inability to use smartphone or mobile applications - Psychiatric disorders that may affect study participation
