Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Men and women aged 50 to 85. 2) Individuals diagnosed with a major or mild neurocognitive disorder based on DSM-5 criteria. 3) Individuals with a MoCA-K score of 22 or below. 4) Individuals who have provided written consent themselves or through their legal representative for clinical research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with a history of major psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, delusional disorder, bipolar disorder, or substance-related disorders caused by alcohol or other substances. 2) Individuals with a history of cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or epilepsy. 3) Individuals with gastrointestinal, endocrine, or cardiovascular diseases that are difficult to manage or not adequately controlled through diet or medication. 4) Individuals in a seriously unstable medical condition, as determined by their physician based on clinical pathology test results, vital signs, or other relevant factors. 5) Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical study based on the researcher’s judgment.
