Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals undergoing health screenings at this hospital or visiting the Gastroenterology outpatient department who score 4 or higher on the SARC-F 2) Adults aged 19 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who did not consent to the study 2) Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors within the past 5 years 3) Pregnant or lactating women 4) History of fractures within the past year
