Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Adult male and female patients (aged 19 years or older) who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy for benign or malignant periampullary disease b. Patients with available postoperative follow-up data, including endoscopic evaluation for the presence of marginal ulcers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients who died within 30 days after surgery or with incomplete follow-up data b. Patients who underwent total gastrectomy or other surgeries altering gastric anatomy unrelated to pancreaticoduodenectomy c. Patients with insufficient endoscopic data for ulcer evaluation
