Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida at 35 weeks of gestation or later with a singleton pregnancy, no complications, and a fetus in good health. Normal vaginal delivery was expected by an obstetrician. Participants were able to communicate, understand the study, and respond appropriately.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multipara Individuals diagnosed with an anxiety disorder or taking related medications Those with a high likelihood of cesarean delivery as assessed by an obstetrician Those participating in other antenatal education programs
