Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 20 and 65 years 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) = 25 kg/m² (including overweight and obese individuals) 3. Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia 4. ASA Physical Status Classification I to III 5. Able to provide written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Emergency surgery B. History of resistance or hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines or other anesthetic agents C. Patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma D. Patients with neuromuscular disorders E. Patients with alcohol or drug dependence F. Patients with chronic renal failure or severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C) G. Patients with genetic disorders such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption
