Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Undergraduate students of a four-year university. Students who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily consent to participate. Students who are able to use mobile applications on a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Students who are unable to use mobile applications on a smartphone. Students who cannot understand the purpose of the study or are unable to provide voluntary consent.
