Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Older adults aged 65 years or older who have been diagnosed with diabetes by a physician - Individuals who own a personal mobile phone - Individuals without communication impairments - Individuals with no cognitive impairment as assessed by the Cognitive Impairment Screening Test (CIST)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with prior experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-based telephone services - Individuals participating in another diabetes self-management program during the same period - Individuals who have communication difficulties even when using assistive devices
