Others(Therapeutic Exercise) : The experimental group receives 25 sessions of high-intensity gait training (HIGT, 30 min) and 25 sessions of conventional rehabilitation (30 min), totaling 50 sessions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Within 6 months after stroke onset (subacute phase) 2. Able to walk 10 meters with assistance (Functional Ambulation Category =1) 3. Capable of communication and providing informed consent for study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the acute or chronic phase of stroke 2. Presence of serious cardiac disease, such as heart failure, angina, or arrhythmia 3. Presence of other medical conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in the intervention
