Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 20 and 60 years Individuals with persistent lower extremity edema for more than 4 weeks Individuals without any specific disorders in the vascular, musculoskeletal, or endocrine systems Individuals with no open wounds or dermatological conditions on the lower extremities or feet Individuals who are able to fully understand the study and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) Individuals with a history of lower extremity surgery or trauma within the past 6 months Individuals with cardiovascular, renal, or neurological disorders that may affect fluid regulation Individuals with contraindications to deep heat therapy (e.g., cerebrovascular disease, history of malignant tumors) Individuals with implanted devices such as pacemakers or other electronic implants in the intervention area
