Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who have received a full explanation of the purpose and procedures of the study and have voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate. 2) Individuals who are able to use virtual reality (VR) equipment and do not have medical limitations that would interfere with VR use (e.g., severe motion sickness, visual impairment).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with visual or hearing impairments that may hinder participation in the simulation. 2) Individuals with a history of cyber sickness that may limit the use of VR. 3) Individuals who have previously participated in similar simulation-based intervention studies and are already familiar with the intervention content.
