Inclusion criteria: i) Nurses with at least one year of experience as a dedicated nurse who have accumulated certain experience in clinical support work and clearly recognize educational needs; ii) Those who understand the purpose of this study; iii) Those who voluntarily participated in this study and agreed to it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Those who have difficulty understanding the purpose of this study; ii) Those who refuse to participate in this study
