Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 20 to 39 years 2. Having 24 or more natural teeth, excluding third molars (Teeth with crowns, implants, laminates, inlays, or extensive restorations are not counted as natural teeth) 3. Able to perform independent oral hygiene care using a manual toothbrush

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with uncontrolled systemic diseases 2. Individuals requiring urgent dental treatment or planning ultrasonic scaling within 2 weeks 3. Individuals with vestibular symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, or vomiting 4. Individuals with limited hand or wrist mobility that may interfere with toothbrushing 5. Individuals who regularly use electric toothbrushes 6. Individuals currently undergoing orthodontic treatment 7. Individuals who wear glasses incompatible with the VR headset and cannot wear contact lenses
