Behavioral : From January 15 to March 8, 2025, participant registration was completed, and simulation practice took place from March 10 to 16, 2025. Each session had seven participants, forming 30 tea

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants of this study were novice ward nurses with clinical experience of at least 3 months but less than 3 years, currently working in secondary hospitals in Jeollabuk-do.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who were mentally or physically unable to participate in the study, those who did not provide voluntary consent for participation, and those in other special circumstances that would make it difficult to comply with the study procedures were excluded.
